What Is 1st Look Models?
1st Look Models is a management agency that is passionate and focused on finding and developing new and upcoming models. At 1st Look Models we are dedicated to the success of our models by providing them with the right guidance and finding them the right representation. We have a very personal and hands on relationship with our models. Founded by Lloyd Dickenson, who is still currently a working model, 1st Look Models understands the leg work that models deal with on an everyday basis and knows what it takes to be successful in the fashion industry. We believe in each and everyone of our models and believe that all they need a strong team behind them. We confidently represent our models and are honored to give them their “1st Look.”
Who is the founder of 1st Look Models?
As the Owner of 1st Look Models, L l o y d D i c k e n s o n, is passionate and focused on finding and developing new upcoming models. Lloyd is a seasoned model with 11 years in the entertainment and modeling industry. In 2013 he won BET’s annual fashion & music show, Rip The Runway. Lloyd then made the move to New York City, where his career flourished. He’s currently sign to Wilhelmina New York and Miami. He has worked with major sports brands such as Nike, Under Armour, Adidas & Reebok. Along with luxury brands Apple, Robert Graham, Saks Fifth Avenue and the household brand, Hanes, and alongside moguls Russell Simmons, Nicki Minaj & Madonna. With over a decade worth of experience under his belt, Lloyd is now paying it forward. He hopes to inspire and guide aspiring models on their way to a successful career.
